Student Life

All CFLC Students have access to Student Housing, an 18 unit apartment complex owned and operated by City First Church. Student Housing creates a vibrant campus environment that extends the growth and connection of the City First Leadership College experience far beyond their time in class.

Each unit comprises 1,350 square feet of space, offering three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully furnished living and dining area, a well-appointed kitchen, a two-car garage, and convenient onsite laundry facilities.

Each room comes ready with two twin beds and bed frames, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe closet per student.

Each apartment will house four students and a resident assistant (RA).

Freshmen and sophomore students must reside on campus and will probably share rooms with fellow students. In contrast, juniors and seniors can opt for apartment living but are not obliged to do so. If they prefer to live off-campus, they must take responsibility for securing their own accommodation.

Students are allowed to personalize their rooms within certain limitations. Your room should reflect your personality, and both residents should agree on decor. The constraints placed by City First Leadership College generally prohibit anything that causes permanent change or damage to the room. Decoration should also reflect the values CFLC holds. We recommend waiting to purchase until your room assignment is confirmed and saving receipts for all purchased items.
